2018 Scholarship Application
The New Jersey REALTORS® Educational Foundation scholarship application is an online based system that is opened only when Trustees are accepting applications. The online dashboard allows applicants to complete the entire application submission process online at: www.njrealtorsef.com/student-application/. The required documents for the application can be uploaded to our system from any PC/Mac/Tablet/Phone.
If you experience any technical issues while completing the application, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The process begins by creating a new account on the website using a standard email/password combination. The account will be used to log in and track progress made as the applicant submits the required documents. Once the required documents have all been uploaded, it’s simple submit the application for review.
Note: It is recommended, that current browsers be used for this system (IE 10+, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari).
Information & Eligibility
New Jersey REALTORS® Educational Foundation offers annual scholarships to help students meet the costs of higher education. Criteria for selection include academic achievements, financial need, interest in real estate endeavors, and contributions to family, school and communities.
Students are eligible for a scholarship if they are a high school senior who will be attending an undergraduate four-year institution, or currently enrolled in an undergraduate four-year institution.
Applicants must be a member, or a relative of a member of New Jersey REALTORS® or a local state association/board staff who resides in New Jersey.
Following is an approximate timeline of the application and selection process:
December 1, 2017 – Scholarship Application Opens
April 6, 2018 – Scholarship Application Submission Deadline
May – Scholarship Applicant Interviews
June – Scholarship Awards Ceremony
Application & Deadline
The 2018 Application will open on December 1, 2017 at 9:00 AM EST. The application deadline is April 6, 2018 at 5:00 PM EDT. There are NO exceptions!
All required documents must be properly uploaded and the application must be submitted prior to 5:00 PM on April 6, 2018 in order for your application to be considered.

Passaic County Board of REALTORS® Scholarship Fund
Applications available February each year. Submissions due in April each year. Awards given by June each year, with honorees to be recognized at the Annual Meeting in September.

About the Fund
The scholarship was approved by the Board of Directors of the Passaic County Board of REALTORS® in May, 2001.
This Scholarship is funded by a portion of the gross receipts from the Board Store, additional funding was raised by a one-time donation by each Past President and additional money is raised by various Board activities including dues collection voluntary contributions.
Residents of New Jersey limited to members in good standing for preceding three years of the Passaic County Board of REALTORS® or their child or grandchild are eligible for scholarship assistance.
The Scholarship Program is to be available to High School Seniors who will be attending an undergraduate four-year institution, student’s currently enrolled in undergraduate four-year institutions and students pursuing studies at an accredited technical school or two year community college.
There will be no limitations as to location of college attended.
All decisions as to whether or not an applicant qualifies will be at the discretion of the Selection Committee.
